[Serusers] file missing -> init.d

Hello,

I had installed the ser-0.8.14_linux_i386.tar.gz in my PC that is using
Linux White Box.  But in the 3rd point says that I have to include an init.d
script. How can I create that? If somebody knows where to find it, please
tell me. Its gonna be a glad notice.
