[Serusers] SUBSCRIBEs and NOTIFYs timeout

Hi,

Im talking to Vaclav. The subject is "Please, help with SUBSCRIBE
timeouts".. We were discussing this problem, and still cannot find any
solution... Please, take a look... Im stuck  there hopelessly.
