[Serusers] Postgres instead of Mysql

This line in your config:
modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "sql://ser:my_pass@localhost:5432/ser")
should read
modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "postgres://ser:my_pass@localhost:5432/ser")
