Hi all,
there is new presence snapshot available at (simple-compilable sources 
with demo config):
    ftp://ftp.iptel.org/pub/ser/presence/
[it is now second version: ser-0.10.99-dev25-timers-pa-2_src.tar.gz]

Actual version of "presence handbook" is there too:
    ftp://ftp.iptel.org/pub/ser/presence/presence_book.xhtml
