[Serusers] Web registration problem through ser_fifo

I do not remember the fifo command interface by heart ... but i would
recommend you to take a look at the source code related to the fifo, i
am sure you can infere the command structure. Take a look in the tm
module ... uac_fifo.c, for example, and go from there.
