asking the same question over and over again will probably not leed to an 
answer.
IMHO you should forget the idea of providing MOH behind NAT. It is just a pain 
in the a**. Even if nathelper and rtpproxy would support it, the UA's do have 
to support it as well. So just forget the topic, because it seems nobody will 
answer your questions here.
