That data would be provided to Intrado via something like the
customer's credit card billing address during service provisioning,
immediately after the initial order for service is placed.
. . .something along those lines anyways. Point being that it would
need to be given to them ahead of time. Having to ship a box pretty
much gives you a window of time that stuff like this can be done.
