[Serusers] reroute

Hello everyone,
I am novice with SER reroute.  Can anyone help explain to me how I can set my SER up to reroute when I get a particular SIP message back (e.g. 503 ) and route to another IP.  Your help with this matter will  be greatly appreciated.
