[Serusers] t_on_failure and t_on_reply in the same block

Hi all,

Can I have t_on_reply() and t_on_failure() in the same ser route
block, i.e. in the route block processing INVITEs?

On-replied transactions are processed in the on_reply route block for
nat traversal, but how do I specifically catch the 486 busy message if
want to play a voice message for them?
