[Serusers] error starting ser

ok..  thnks for the reply,

the reason i was able to download the file is, i just typed it in google,
cause i already spent hours looking for the file on www.mysql.org. download
site and i did not find it,. I have no idea what file i'm looking for, if it
is included on the package or it is a standalone application or a patch. pls
excuse me for being a newbie.
