    I need to work with an engineer who has the following preresquisites:

    - Knowledge on VoIP is a must.
    - Understands SER and Asterisk (for integration).
    - Help to design the network for redundancy and failover.
    - Help develop or recommend billing and accounting software.
    - Speaks fluent english.
    - Willing to work overseas (In this case,Singapore)
    - State your expect salary too (In Singapore dollars)
