[Serusers] ser+asterisk as pstn gw

ser registers with asterisk, and ser allows asterisk to pass traffic to it.
Calls will go from ser to asterisk, they will hit the sip channel, and
then find a context in sip.conf, from here they pass to extensions.conf,
in extensions you also have contexts, sip.conf tell which context in
extensions to goto.
