[Serusers] serctl start|stop|restart

Hi, continuing the conversation, It happens to me in  the same way. But only 
when I add the ser.cfg to the "acc" module. Then I start the service, it 
tells me OK, but the port is still shutdown, and I see nothing in the logs. 
Does anyone could help Me?
