[Serusers] starting and stopping ser

Hemant,

   Do the following from your command line.

$ ps -U root

Check to see if all of the ser processes were stopped.  I have noticed 
that if you try to start ser twice in a row, this message will crop up, 
since the first instance of ser has already bound itself to 127.0.0.1

If you inadvertantly did this then try running

$ ser stop

again.  If that doesn't kill the processes you can also try

$ killall ser
