[Serusers] ser 0.9.0 & sems

i use suse 9.2 
dont know what is different to debian

i have enabled: 
acc
tm

change a Makefile of acc-module to activate db/radius support. 

and now sems problems: 
readme from cvs/isdngw module says i must use vm-module and 
if(!vm("/tmp/am_fifo","isdngw")){ .... 

but vm-module is depricated. 

dear people! 
please help me. how can i configure ser & sems as isdngw?
