[Serusers] Loopback Removal

If i'm not wrong you can define your "listen address" in your configuration
file (ser.cfg)

# ----------- global configuration parameters ------------------------ #

debug=0   # debug level (cmd line: -dddddddddd)
fork=yes
log_stderror=yes        # (cmd line: -E)

#Uncomment these lines to enter debugging mode 
#fork=no
#log_stderror=yes

listen=10.0.161.52
....

That maybe do the trick....
