[Serusers] HELP: lookup("aliases")

Hi, charles

I saw you have a record on aliases table, so I can't understand why you said
you can't find any record on your aliases table.
>From you aliases record "1011", it means that you have a user "charles" in
your subscriber table and you set an alias "1011" to charles.
The username column  in aliases table is different from the username column
in subscriber table.
