Yup its not authorising :-)

You need to look at the logs on the SER server, also are you using DB
auth, if so look at the query which is being sent to the DB server in
the mysql logs, to see ifits querying correctly.

on www.onsip.org there is a basic setup guide which shows setup without
DB, in fact without auth, if you get that working, then add the other
steps.
