[Serusers] prepaid

We all want a prepaid solution :-)

but ser is a proxy, it proxies, hence is not really designe dfor prepaid,
if you read the mailng lists, a few have come up with a few ingenious
methods to get around this, but if ur asterisk is already fired up, then
you could just go with that
