[Serusers] starting serweb

um...then where is the test page being pulled from, when you just type 
in the IP address into the browser, or simply create a page , a simple 
html page and place it in the same directory as the index.php

eg

<html><head><title></title></head><body> This is a test</body></html>

Save this line as index2.html

and then call it using the url u gave below, but replace index.php with 
index2.html

If this page does not show its a mapping problem between apache and your 
directory structure, if it does show, then its a php problem
