[Serusers] AVPops: ERROR:avops:fixup_pushto_avp: bad param 1; expected : $[ruri|hdr_name|..]

Hello again,

well, it is pretty obvious from the error message that ser expects a $ 
infront of the header name.

However, this is not documented correctly at 
http://www.voice-system.ro/docs/avpops/ar01s06.html#avp_pushto, there 
the $ is missing. Maybe this could be fixed some time in the future.
