[Serusers] compiling mysql

Kamran,
The make_and_install script saves all output to make_and_install_output.txt 
in the source root directory.  Search for errors in that file (or mysql) and 
you will see what happened.
    If you don't get a mysql.so at all, most likely you have not installed 
the mysql-devel package (so mysql header file is missing).
