[Serusers] Access denied user serro - Mysql

Hello,

I have:
  ser-0.8.14
  mediaproxy-1.2.1
  mysql-server-4.0.24


When SER is starting i have error:

I don't know why it cannot connect to database.
I can connect with this username and password from mysql CLI.
