[Serusers] 0.9.0 Stability

Rod:

  Overall I'd say yes. The avp functionality has been the biggest win 
for us.
We still have several odd little behaviors some of which are actually bugs.
This is a little unnerving on production systems but we are using the 0.9.0
release anyway.
