[Serusers] isco 2600 as sip gw, no ringing tone on call frowarding

Does the PSTN caller normally receive ringback tone when the call is
not forwarded to the mobile?

Try using the "progress_ind setup enable 3" command within your dial-peer.

For example:

dial-peer voice 1000 voip
 destination-pattern 1234
 progress_ind setup enable 3
  session protocol sipv2
  session target ipv4:10.10.10.10
  dtmf-relay rtp-nte
!
