[Serusers] t_replicate can't call to registered endpoint

The UA could be behind a restricted (or port-restricted or symmetric) NAT.  Server B will not be in the NATs nat-table and incoming INVITEs will not be allowed through.
    Try to put the UA on a public IP address to verify that this is what is happening.
