[Serusers] Location table issues

Oh yeah, one more REALLY important feature. It allows you to have a cluster
of Asterisk servers all run off a live common config. No more having to
mess around with NFS or trying to sync config files :) Mark Spencer has
said he plans on putting this patch in Asterisk 1.1 or 1.2 but since 1.0.0
JUST came out you can bet it will be a while.
