ser has the ability to change request URI in many ways. A script can use any of the following
built-in actions to change request URI or a part of it: rewriteuri, rewritehost, rewritehostport,
rewriteuser, rewriteuserpass and rewriteport. When later in the script a forwarding action is
encountered, the action forwards the request to address in the rewritten URI.
forward is used for stateless forwarding of calls to the destination
