[Serusers] buggy CANCEL hangling?

B_CANCEL_prob does not contain contain any CANCEL, the last message I
can see is 18

In A_CANCEL_prob SER forwards the INVITE to itself but different number,
what happens next I do not know because I do not see the messages being
sent over the loopback. The request probably did not make it to the
callee and so ser sends "no more pending branches". That's correct.
