[Serusers] Can Ser Users have Real Phone Mumbers and Recieve Calls from PSTN?

I see that ser can be used to make calls to pstn gateways ( normal
phone numbers). Can Ser be used to recieve calls from normal phones
and Ser users have real telephone numbers assigned to there account.
