[Serusers] nathelper/mediaproxy example ser.cfg

Hi,

I remember someone posting a running example ser.cfg for the use of
nathelper or mediaproxy to the list some weeks ago. Unfortunately I cannot
find that mail/config anymore. Can someone supply me with an example
ser.cfg for the use of nathelper/mediaproxy?
