[Serusers] could not open module mysql.so

Here are the output of the commands :

[root at linux gwen]# ldd /usr/local/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so
        linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)
        libz.so.1 => /usr/lib/libz.so.1 (0x40028000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0x40039000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x80000000)

[root at linux gwen]# cat /etc/ld.conf
cat: /etc/ld.conf: No such file or directory

[root at linux gwen]# cat /etc/ld.so.conf
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/lib/qt3/lib
/usr/local/lib/ser/modules
/usr/lib
