[Serusers] ser-mysql accounting: Crashing SER

Zeus,

Here is my ser.cfg.  Is not much different than the distributions.  One
thing I noticed last night is that if I leave the setflag(1) in and comment
out all the modparam's for the acc module, it doesn't crash.
