[Serusers] SER Authentication

Hi all,

I have (finally!) gotten SER working with the default config!!(Thanks
for all your help answering my stupid questions). Now I want to turn
authentication on and create user accounts.

I've successfully created account by doing the following:

serctl add aisling password aisling at bla.com

I've also uncommented the portion of the config file that deals with
authentication. However, authentication still does not apply and any
user can connect to the server. Is there something I've forgotten?
