[Serusers] SER and Windows messenger 5

Select "SIP Communications Service Account". Put your user at domain in for the
sign-in name. Under Advanced I had to use my server IP address. I don't 
think
A or SRV names are supported but I could be wrong, at least on the A 
record part.
Select UDP as the transport.
