[Serusers] remove character

Hi there,

if you what to remove from the beginning of the username, the simplest 
way is to use function strip(x) from core(x-number of characters).
if you want something more complex, use subst_uri('/re/repl/flags') from 
textops module (parameter is a sed-like regular expression)
