hi,

well the error is: 
> </usr/local/lib/ser/modules/auth_radius.so>: libradiusclient.so.2: cannot

try to find this object, which perhaps is located under /usr/local/lib/libradiusclient.so.2 or /usr/lib/libradiusclient.so.2
and is installed by radiusclient.

if you can find it, be sure that the path is in the lib-path.
