[Serusers] Calls from authenticated users only

Hi Toni,

as you can authenticate only your own user, you should check if the 
caller (the from user) belongs to your domain, and if yes do 
authentication for him (use proxy_authorize() and proxy_challenge() ).
If the caller will not be able to authenticate himself, his call will 
never go further the authentication point.
