[Serusers] CPL support in ser 0.8.14

first, don't try to mix different versions of modules and core.
cpl-c is fully supported only in cvs head. For 0.8.12 and 0.8.14 you 
will have to apply to TM module a patch that's located in 
modules/cpl-c/tm.patch
