Does this work only if the pstn-termination is handled by the Asterisk
box itself or does it work too of the asterisk box only relayes the call
to a third party gateway?

Example: SIP-Proxy <> Asterisk <> Cisco PSTN GW

Would you say its easier to use Asterisk instead of Vovidas b2bua
daemon?
