[Serusers] How do I set up the PA db-tables?

There is a pa.sql file in pa module's directory. You can see it online at:

http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ser/sip_router/modules/pa/pa.sql?rev=1.7&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

You have to create those tables.
