They are still trying to use fm_malloc. You've either not recompiled all
of them (make proper; make all include_modules=mysql) or you forgot 
 make install and you have some old modules in
 /usr/local/lib/ser/modules.

No, or at least it was not reported before. It really looks very
strange.
