[Serusers] Call failed error 408 Request timeout

Hi all-
 
I am trying to setup ser server. Any time I try to make a call it would give an error " call failed error 408, Request timeout". I could connect to server but would make SIP calls to other SIP users of my server. ( my am using X-lite Clinet)
 
I would appreciate help.
