[Serusers] Configuring SER

Hi Ritesh,

there is a configuration sample in etc/ser.cfg. If you don't find it, 
look at :
http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/ser/sip_router/etc/ser.cfg?rev=1.24&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
