[Serusers] help help .... ! run SerWeb occur problem.

Dear MR:
 I install apache_1.3.33 + MySql 5,0 + PHP 4.3.9 in my Linux then run SERWEB 
on my http server.

When I login SerWeb http://192.168.5.2/serweb/html/admin/index.php 
that show

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Host '192.168.5.2' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/serweb/phplib/db_mysql.inc on line 73
Database error: pconnect(192.168.5.2, root, $Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
Session halted.

How do I solve this problem.
