Gustavo, Cisco ATA fill the realm of the R-URI in outgoing messages from the
value of GkOrProxy: in the configuration.
If you like outgoing R-URIs as destination at yourdomain.com you must configure
GkOrProxy: [yourdomain.com] and configure the DNS zone of yourdomain.com
with SRV records pointing to your proxy.

DNS:
_sip._udp               IN      SRV     0       0       5060
ip.of.your.proxy
