I have find the problem. It need to remove the dbtext: prefix in the db_url
for dbtext databse.

modparam("auth_db", "db_url", "dbtext:/var/dbtext/ser/")
should be 
modparam("auth_db", "db_url", "/var/dbtext/ser/")
