[Serusers] redirect replay

Hi Schweizer,

You can set a failure_route for the calls foe which you want to block 
the redirects and do:

failure_route[x]{
	if (t_check_status("3[0-9][0-9]")) {
		t_reply("400","No redirect available");
		break;
	}
}
