[Serusers] rtpproxy+nathelper (0.8.14) +video

Hi, I made some changes to the nathelper and now the video is working, I
have tested this with the Eyepmedia softphone.

It's still not supported yet.

At the moment, nathelper.c is only looking for m=audio. You have to include
m=video or other media type.

The following functions require changes:

* extract_mediaip() - logic to handle session-level and per-media "c="
* extract_mediaport() - logic to handle multiple "m=" together with
"m=video"
* alter_mediaip() - logic to change a specific "c="
* alter_mediaport() - logic to change a specific "m="
* fix_nated_sdp() - logic to handle multiple "c=" and "m="
* force_rtp_proxy2_f() - logic to handle multiple "c=" and "m="

It's not that difficult to re-implement the above functions provided someone
has the spare time!
