[Serusers] BYE - Caller or Called party disconnect

Hi,

I am using only one SER server for all the SIP phones
to register and not using any PSTN side calls.
Making normal SIP to SIP calls. (version 0.8.14 for
linux)

How to dynamically identify whether the caller or the
called party disconnected? If it is called party, can
we re-establish the call again by sending re INVITE
message or something like that. can we maintain the
same RTP port?
